Office 365 & Gmail Email Settings
Office 365
These are the settings required to use Office 365. Please note we are working on Microsoft Graph/Direct Office 365 integration which will remove the requirement for POP3 connections in future.
SMTP
Hostname: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
TLS: ON
Email Address: Your office 365 email address
Authentication: ON
Username: Your office 365 email address
Password: Your office 365 password
POP3
Please ensure POP3 is enabled on your gmail account first.
Hostname: outlook.office365.com
Port: 995
TLS: ON
Username: Your office 365 email address
Password: Your gmail password
Gmail
These are the settings required to use gmail.
SMTP
Hostname: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 587
TLS: ON
Email Address: Your gmail email address
Authentication: ON
Username: Your gmail email address
Password: Your gmail password
POP3
Please ensure POP3 is enabled on your gmail account first.
Hostname: pop.gmail.com
Port: 995 (or try 110 otherwise)
TLS: ON
Username: Your gmail email address
Password: Your gmail password
