We are very happy to release another round of large improvements.

• - We have updated our MSP tools to the latest standard so you can better integrate with AI tools.
• + New IP assignment function in MSP -> Networks. You can now manage IP address allocations assigned to customer sites
• + Redesigned many of the menu options to group things better together (e.g templates are grouped into single page)
• + Windows Agent 4.5. Major upgrades from 4.1 including:
  • + 5 minute warning/alert for reboot (e.g Windows Update or manual reboot feature)
  • + Hyper-V (local machine) support to read VMs and status.
  • + New event log monitoring system, events are now processed on device.
  • + Messages sent to the user are now tracked if they acknowledge the message
