Pleased to release another update this month. We have been optimising our workflow to allow us to bring updates more quickly.

• We have added an MCP tool for add/edit/get tasks, so you can now control them from your favourite AI tool
• We have added change log on editing MSP Tasks
• We have released Windows Agent 4.1.2 which should fix the MSP Token not working on 64bit machines
• We have improved the CSV user import function
• We have added AI option to summerise your tickets.
• We have added AI health check option on an agent

For AI functions, please enter in your compatible OpenAI API URL and Key found in Settings -> OpenAI Assistant
