If you receive the following error when upgrading from a very old version of the Bluetrait Agent:

Service cannot be started. System.ArgumentException: The source 'BluetraitAgent' is not registered in log 'Bluetrait'. (It is registered in log 'Application'.) " The Source and Log properties must be matched, or you may set Log to the empty string, and it will automatically be matched to the Source property.

Please run the following command in powershell and then try the install again:

Remove-EventLog -Source "BluetraitAgent"
