- "Portal" refers to services found on our portal website (portal.dalegroup.net).
- Our CodeCanyon items (Tickets, MrPassword, Bluetrait Money) include 6 months of support from the time of purchase.
- To extend support you must purchase a new support pack. You can check when your support expires on your profile page.
- Items with N/A for "Support Expires" in your profile page do not expire. For example if you own a supported Tickets license then support is provided for your plugins.
