• + We have added a new "Performance" tab on the view agent page. This allows you to see the last couple of hours worth of performance data for the agent, including: CPU Usage, Primary Drive Disk Queue Length, Used Ram & Used Storage.
• + We have added the username in brackets to various dropdowns (such as in tickets and users) to make it easier to identify users.
• + Articles plugin now shows which users can see the articles based on permission group.
• * Minor ticket bug fixes if you only have 1 department setup.
