CRM Settings
Companies - Custom Fields
Custom Fields are extra options which are available on the Add Company page
Reordering
Once Custom Fields have been added, they can be re-ordered by dragging in the Order column on the left hand side
Adding a Custom Field
Click on the Add button on the right hand side to add a new Custom Field
- NameText
- The name of the new Status
- Enabled Yes/No
- TypeDropdown
- Text Input
- A short Text Input box
- Text Area
- A large Text Area which allows multi line text content to be submitted
- Drop Down
- A drop down which allows users to select from a list of options
- If adding a Drop Down, you must add Options before Adding the Custom Field
- Date
- A text field which has a calendar selection popup
- Date & Time
- A text field which has a calendar selection & time selection popup
- Text Input

Project Status
Projects can be categorised by Status e.g. Active, Completed, In Progress
- NameText
- The name of the new Status
- ColourText
- Select a colour to signify this Status. Please ensure this colour has sufficient contrast with the text colour to ensure readability.
- TypeOpen / Closed
- Changes whether this status shows the Project as Open or Closed for filtering
Project Categories & Project Second Categories
Project Categories support Account Groups in the Billing Module
Project Second Categories do not support Account Groups in the Billing Module
Click on the link under the Name column to edit an existing Category
Adding a Category
Click on the Add button on the right hand side to add a new Category
- NameText
- The name of the new Category
Project Templates
Project Templates are used to automatically create a set of Tickets when a Project is started.
This allows for creation of a set of Tickets that outline tasks to be completed for a project if similar processes are shared between multiple projects.
e.g. Drafting, Scoping, Development, Launching, Production, Maintenance
- Template NameText
- The name of the new Template
Template Tickets
To add a new row which represents a new Ticket to be created by this Template, click the "Add Row" button towards the right hand side of the page.
- PriorityDropdown
- Select the Ticket Priority
- StatusDropdown
- Select the Status
- SubjectText
- Input the Subject
- Assigned UserDropdown
- Select the Assigned User
- DepartmentText
- Select the Department
- DescriptionText
- Input the Description content
- DeleteText
- Remove this row from the Template
