User Permissions
Bluetrait includes 7 different user levels/permissions. These permissions allow you to add users with restricted access to features or tickets.
Permissions are global. So if a user is a moderator, they can moderate tickets from any department that they are assigned to.
You can create your own permission groups, users assigned to these groups must be paid for.
